However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. COMMENTS: 1. The correct original title (Rio Vista) as it is stated on the approved tentative plat and CC&R's must be placed in the title block of all sheets of the final plat for reference. Also, add a statement to the title block on all sheets that the project is a condominium project containing 204 units. DS 2-03.6.1.H 2. Fill in the docket and page information for the CC&R's under the Dedication block. Please make the any necessary corrections and submit the following documents: (2) Title reports current within the last (30) days. (1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar. (1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution. (1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution. (1) Check made to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable.
