| 04/25/2005 | LAITH ALSHAMI | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Approved | Laith Alshami, Engineering and Floodplain Review, 04/27/2005 SUBJECT: Desert Stones S04-152, T15S, R15E, SECTION 19 RECEIVED: Tentative Plat, Landscape Plan and Drainage Report on April 13, 2005 The subject submittal has been reviewed. The Drainage Report is acceptable for tentative plat purposes. Additional drainage related information might be required with the Grading Plan. The Tentative Plat is acceptable and it is recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review. It appears that the proposed landscaping in the detention/retention basins will be in conflict with the maintenance access ramps and Basin #2 weir outlet. Show the access ramps on the landscape plan and correct any conflicts. |
| 04/27/2005 | JOE LINVILLE | LANDSCAPE | REVIEW | Denied | 1) Revise sheet 7 of the landscape plan to show the drainage easement. Modify the lines that indicate a property boundary, where none is located. 2) Clarify who will accept maintenance responsibilities for the landscaping west of Wilmot Road. The native seed mix should be utilized in this area. 3) Resubmittal of the native plant preservation plan is required. No copy was received for this review. 4) Revise the native plant preservation and landscape plans to clarify the limits of grading/disturbance for improvements west of Wilmot Road. 5) Add the following note to the landscape plans. "City Engineer approval of plan and permit applications is required for excavation, landscaping and irrigation within public right of way areas". 6) Remove the "grass" call out on sheet 2 of the landscape plan at lots 163 and 164. Resubmittal of all plans is required. |
