Please include/specify that the future right of way is to be dedicated "BY THIS PLAT", per the City's Major Streets and Routes Plan (DS 2-03.6.4 A & DS 2-03.2.4 H). 3. Please revise the TEP, NVA, and any other easement lines to match the dashed line provided in the legend (DS 2-03.6.5 B). 4. Please indicate ½" iron rods will be set at ALL corners upon completion of construction, e.g. Common Area B, and the western lot line of Lot 1intersection with the Common Area A. 5. Omit reference to Lot 249 east of the subject property, and label this area as a portion of (the original) Lot 250 (continuing 100' to the east - see title report). The parcel number may be included. 8. Correct all references to reflect the correct Book and Page of Los Ranchitos Subdivision. (Bk 8/ Pg 41). 9. Please verify the "PLATTED LOT LINE" 10' west of the subdivision boundary, and specify recording information. 10. Provide a topographic map (or photo-topo, preferably) at a scale of 1"=200' or larger, and re-check/revise the offsite water delineation that may affect the project or adjacent Right of Way. Provide details/discussion in Section 4 B to address acceptance/conveyance of local offsite flows from the east. The grading plan should clearly demonstrate continued acceptance of such existing flow upon development. 18.
