Engineering has reviewed the received items and does not recommend approval of the assurances at this time until the following assurances comments are addressed: FINAL PLAT ASSURANCES COMMENTS: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No.2-03.7.1.G: The final plat cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the financial assurances are approved. Assurances must be approved by time of Final Plat mylar approval. Before resubmitting the assurance paperwork, assure that the descriptions of the common areas of the Final Plat title block match the assurance paperwork descriptions of the subdivision common areas. Please be aware that the legal office may reject the assurance paperwork if the verbiage does not match exactly the verbiage on the Final Plat's Title Block. Check first pages of both the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT and the AMENDMENT TO TRUST and make sure that the wording exactly matched the Title Block of the plat. Address the following assurance package comments: a) For third party trust, pick up the originals from the CDRC office, revise, and provide a revised compiled package with the following: i) For the original copy of the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS / THIRD PARTY TRUST; (1) Revise the attached Exhibit A property description such that the description matches the mylar title block. (2) Revise page one of the Agreement to match the description on the mylar title block. ii) original copy of the AMENDMENT TO TRUST / THIRD PARTY TRUST; (1) Revise page one of the Amendment to match the description on the mylar title block. iii) Provide the copy of the original Trust Agreement, the sample Warranty Deed, and the Title Report (submitted) with the above revised documents. 2) DS Sec.10-02.14.3.2: Provide a signed original of the CC&R's. 3) The assurance package will be available at the CDRC Office for pick-up.
