5. Show sight visibility triangles per D.S. 2-02.2.1.10.
6. Complete the "BENEFICIARY" block per D.S. 2-03.6.3.C.
7. At least one (1) corner of the subdivision will be tied by course and distance to a section corner, a quarter section corner, or an established City or County survey monument per D.S. 2-03.6.5.A.

The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.


A public Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed number of residential lots will be sent to your office as soon as you provide the trust number. After three original Sewer Service Agreements have been signed by the Owner of Record, the three originals should be returned to Pima County Wastewater Management in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve the Mylars of the final plat.

This project may not be approved until item 1 of this letter is not completed. No submittal of plans is required.
