Resubmittal Required: Submit a corrected Final Plat and corrected CC&R.

SUMMARY: The Final Plat has been reviewed by Development Services Department Engineering Division. We do not recommend approval of the Final Plat at this time. The Final Plat and assurances must be revised before approval.

1. Remove the (Common Area "A" designation and the 20' label from the drainage easement through lots 2-4. The boundary is presented in a surveyable manner and is not uniformly 20 feet wide.

2. Remove the 30' Wide (Scenic Route Corridor) from the final plat.

3. Revise the CC&Rs to include the required language from section 14.3.2 of the Standards Manual For Drainage Design and Floodplain Management in Tucson Arizona.
