Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted
for review May 24, 2005. TEP is unable to approve the plat at this time.

In order for this Company to approve the final plat, the following will be
required.

* Continue the 10' Public Utility Easement thorough the Recreation
Area as shown on the tentative plat. There are two transformers located in
this area.

Show the requested easement on the resubmittal of the final plat. Submit
two bluelines to the City of Tucson for TEP's final approval.

05/26/2005 GLYNDA ROTHWELL UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Approved TEP has received a fax confirmation showing the requested 10' PUE through
the recreation area. The Final Plat for the subject project will meet this
Company's easement requirements.
Please forward any resubmittals of the final plat to this office.

Electric service will be provided to this subdivision in accordance with the
rules and regulations approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
06/07/2005 MATT FLICK ENGINEERING REVIEW Approv-Cond Sheet 2 - It appears that the 3' building setback is still shown adjacent to Common Area "B" between Lots 14 & 15. Please remove these lines from the final plat.

Sheet 2 - There exists a clouded region at the area where Lots 14 & 15 and Common Area "B" intersect Fortune Loop. I assume that it is in conjunction with the note that overwites the Lot 14 number. Both the note and clouding appear to be related to a tentative plat or utility plan and should be removed from the final plat unless required by a utility company.
