TEP conditionally approves the plat with the following change: * Show a 10' X 10' easement at the each of the junction cabinet locations and a 10' wide easement strip for the 4' duct. The junction cabinets are located in common area, however TEP may need to serve adjacent properties from this equipment therefore a specific easement is required.
