The Zoning Review Section approves the final plat for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed final plat. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. Zoning is not requiring any changes to the final plat but is making a recommendation about possible changes to the tentative plat related to the existing ingress/egress easement over lot 5. I feel that the annotation about the abandonment of the easement be removed from the tentative sheet and new tentative plat sheets be submitted for re-stamps. I have emailed Patricia Gehlen about the request and will abide by her decision. Please contact Trish about what will be required.
