TEP is unable to approve the plat at this time. In order for TEP to approve the final plat, the following will be required. * Show the footages for the easement on Lot 14. * The Dedication must include the granting of easements, as shown, to all public utility companies for access, installation and maintenance. * All Common Areas must be granted to Public Utility Companies for access, installation and maintenance of utilities within the dedication on the final plat. Show all requested easements on the resubmittal of the final plat. Submit two bluelines to the City of Tucson for TEP's final approval.
