Add language in the text, which addresses the maintenance of the drainage structures in details (i.e. what facilities to be inspected and maintained, how, when, by whom, the detention/retention basin maintenance list, keeping records, and repair decisions, etc). Please be advised that this Office recommends including the Detention/Retention maintenance checklist in the CC & R's to allow the Home Owners Association access to it and facilitate their maintenance responsibilities. Prepare a detailed response that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact location in the CC & R's where the revisions were made. Pima County Development Services Department Development Review Division (Wastewater) SUBJECT: Sycamore Park - Village 7, Lots 1-25 and Common Area A Final Plat - 2nd Submittal S04-082 The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. 1. A public Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed number of residential lots was e-mailed with the previous wastewater review letter on August 2, 2004. The owner of record shown in this submittal has changed, thus a revised sewer service agreement is being e-mailed with this review letter. After three original Sewer Service Agreements have been signed by the Owner of Record, the three originals should be returned to Pima County Wastewater Management in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve this final plat. 2. SHEET 2. Since the last review of this final plat, Pima County Development Services is no longer requiring public sewer easements across common areas. Therefore, the public sewer easement shown in Common Area A of this sheet may be deleted. 3. We will require a revised set of drawings and a response letter addressing each comment. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents. The next submittal of this project will be the 3rd submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $50.00 made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter.
