Submit revised copies of the CC & R's that specifically address the maintenance of the drainage facilities. Add language in the text, which addresses the maintenance of the drainage structures in details (i.e. what facilities to be inspected and maintained, how, when, by whom, the detention/retention basin maintenance list, keeping records, and repair decisions, etc). Please be advised that this Office recommends including the Detention/Retention maintenance checklist in the CC & R's to allow the Home Owners Association access to it and facilitate their maintenance responsibilities. Prepare a detailed response that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact location in the CC & R's where the revisions were made. Pima County Development Services Department Development Review Division (Wastewater) SUBJECT: Sycamore Park - Village 4, Lots 1-71 and Common Areas A & B Final Plat - 2nd Submittal S04-079 The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. 1. A public Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed number of residential lots was e-mailed with the previous wastewater review letter on August 2, 2004. The owner of record shown in this submittal has changed, thus a revised sewer service agreement is being e-mailed with this review letter. After three original Sewer Service Agreements have been signed by the Owner of Record, the three originals should be returned to Pima County Wastewater Management in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve this final plat. 2. Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the tentative plat. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.
