The following items must be provided/addressed prior to further review of the plat/assurances: Final Plat: 1. Please provide previous "redlines" utilized for the December review and subsequent meeting. A thorough review of all previous items cannot be conducted without this reference material. 2. Provide the seal and signature of the Engineer who established the floodplain line/delineation, and the seal and signature of the Registered Land Surveyor(s) who prepared the boundary data (Certification of Survey) (DS 2-03.6.3 A). Assurances: 1. Provide Originals with original seals/signatures on the following documents: a) CC&R's; b) Amendment to Trust - include CDRC case # on top, cover sheet; c) Agreement to Construct Subdivision Improvements. 2. Please clarify/provide specific pertinent information relating to item 7 on Schedule B, Section 2 of the Title Report - "Matters shown on Survey" - effective 11/19/2004.
