Typically, these descriptions are provided on sheet 1 in the Trust Amendment, and Sheet 1 and Exhibit A (legal description) in the Third Party Trust Agreement to Construct Subdivision Improvements. Please assure all items listed above are provided with the package, and all subdivision descriptions in the assurances match the plat title block, verbatim. Omission of any of these items will cause delay in forwarding of the Assurance package/Final Plat to Mayor and Council for consideration.
