SUMMARY: The Final Plat, Assurances and CC&R's were reviewed by Engineering on December 30, 2005. Engineering Division recommends approval of the Final Plat and CC&R's. The assurances cannot be approved at this time.

Assurances Comments:
Provide a copy of the list of assurable items (Exhibit B to the agreement to construct.) Include the clause indicating that all fees must be paid before the assurances will be released.
Provide a 8½" by 11" location map sheet for assurance submittals that go to Mayor & Council. Typically, these are similar to the location map on Final Plats.

Please submit the assurance package items so a complete assurances package can be prepared for Mayor and Council consideration. For further clarification, call me at 791-5550, extension 1161.
