Condition 13 states that all retention/detention areas shall be designed as usable passive and active open space. Please provide usable passive and active open space amenities in all the retention/detention areas. This can include canopy tree areas with picnic tables, barbecue grills, tot lots, etc. 3. Condition 14 states that passive recreational facilities shall be provided in the common areas. Applicable policies state that recreational amenities should be centrally located. Please provide the required passive recreational amenities. This can include canopy tree areas with picnic tables, barbecue grills, etc. Please locate at least one recreational amenity in a central location. 4. Condition 15 states that buildings and landscaping shall be designed to be architecturally consistent with the surrounding area. On sheets 3 and 8, there are call outs for 2 existing signs on Houghton to be relocated as they will fall in the proposed turn lane.
