FINAL PLAT ASSURANCES COMMENTS: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No. 2-03.7.1.G: The assurance will need to be checked against the Final Plat: a) To assure easements as listed in the schedule of the Title Report are clearly reflected on the Final Plat. b) To check descriptions for all documents (CC&R's, Assurances, and Title Block) match. c) To assure any trust number or other data matches the plat.
