Address the following plat mylar and assurances comments prior to Mayor and Council scheduling. FINAL PLAT REMAINING ITEMS: Trust: Ok the numbering on the Agreement just overlaps onto the Amendment to Trust and ll parts of the 3rd party trust are fine (altho' the copy of the amendment we have does not have the page numbering that corresponds to the Agreement). I just got a response to my call to the attorney's office and they said it would be ok that the numbering was not correct this time (someone will white it out) In the future I would suggest making sure the title agency checks to have page numbering that corresponds. So the assurances look good. Mylar: 1) Per latest boundary closure that Jim Dean sent yesterday, Jim or designee needs to update total subdivision gross area on General Note 1 on sheet 1. 2) There is text overlap on sheet 10 that needs either the sheet re-plotted, or erased and reprinted by hand, for the following locations: a) bearings near south side of lot 27 b) dimensions near the word WILD CC&R's: I need to know if / where the easement maintenance verbiage is in the CC&R's, that all erosion protection, drainage improvements, and revegetation in all easements shall be the responsibility of the Homeowners Association.
