Ensure on the Grading Plan that all proposed detention/retention basins have maintenance access ramps. 2. Ensure that there are not any conflicts and discrepancies between the Grading Plan and the Landscape Plan. It appears that some slopes on the Landscape Plan are different from what is shown on the Tentative Plat. Additionally, the Landscape Plan shows proposed trees and bushes within some of the proposed maintenance access ramps. |
