We offer the following comments: Final Plat: 1. The underground retention basins should be given a different common area label and the basin outlines should be shown in a surveyable manner. The purpose of this comment is to minimize any possible damage to the basins if construction/excavation work is required, in the future, in the common areas where the underground basins are located (D.S. 2-03.6.4.I.). Additionally, detention/retention areas should be called out on the plat. 2. Label Paseo Rancho Esperanza as a "Private Access and Public Utility Easement" and provide the recordation information. 3. The recorded easements in the Title Report and shown on the Rancho Esperero Final Plat, do not appear to match the information on the subject project Final Plat. Revise as needed. CC & R's The CC & R's are acceptable pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain. Assurances: The Assurances are acceptable. Submit the original assurance documents with the Final Plat Mylar Prepare a detailed response that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact location in the drainage report and on the Tentative Plat where the revisions were made.
