03/25/2005 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Approv-Cond 1) Subsequent to submittal of this tentative plat the Land Use Code was changed to require street landscape borders along subdivisions, see LUC 3.7.2.4.

Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a tentative plat. If, at the end of that time, the tentative plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat was March 10, 2005.

Therefore, the new landscape regulations apply. A common area or easement will be necessary.
LUC 3.7.2.4.A.2.c

Revise the plans to comply.

2) The native plant preservation and landscape plans include
activity within the right-of-way area to be dedicated. Permits and approval from the City Engineer may be required. Add note to the tentative plat.
