TENTATIVE PLAT COMMENTS: 1) Revise the Tentative Plat to show dedication of the future right-of-way. Submit the revised Landscape Plans, and revised Tentative Plat. The symbol as depicted is for existing signs. Use the correct symbol for new signs IAW SDPI SD 100. This is the 2nd time this same comment has been made. The signs as depicted still indicate existing signs. Please correct. 2. 2. The driveway spacing between lots 7/8 appear to not meet the spacing requirements of Chapter 25 of Tucson City Code. Minimum spacing is 12'. The consultant has corrected the discrepancy between lots 6/7 but the spacing between lots 7/8 appears to only be 5'. The requirements is 12'. Please correct. D.
