Submit the Mylar copy of the Final Plat. 2. Submit a copy of the cross access easement between Lot 1 and the rest of the development and reflect this information on the Final Plat Mylar. Assurances: Provide with the Final Plat the original signed Assurances Package that includes the following information: 1. Exhibit "A" to Exhibit "A" in the "Agreement to Construct" document. 2. Exhibit "A" in the "Amendment to Trust" document. 3. Add, in Exhibit "B", the following assurable item "All applicable fees, e.g. permit fees, impact fees must be paid in full to the City of Tucson prior to the final release of subdivision assurances. 4. The "Trust Agreement". 5. The "Special Warranty Deed". 6. An up-to-date Title report. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Final Plat Mylar and Assurances |
