Resubmittal: Revised Final Plat Mylar and a response letter addressing in detail how and where each item has been completed.

Summary: The Final Plat may be recommended for conditional approval at this time. The items listed below must be fully addressed on the Final Plat Mylar.

FINAL PLAT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:

1. Some of the knuckles show the correct radii dimensions, but are labeled incorrectly. Correct the remaining knuckle radii labels to 60' on all sheets, as indicated in previous comments, per Development Standard 3-01.10, Fig. 22.
2. Show all No Parking Areas on Sheets 4 -10 and 13, as similarly depicted on other sheets.
3. Clarify the length labeled (92.04') adjacent to Lot 491 (Sheet 5). Add crow's feet if necessary.
4. Depict and label the sewer line and sewer manhole easement as disclosed by deed recorded as Docket 7555, Page 786, described under item 5 of the title report. The easement information appearing in the title report as Docket 7098 Page 883 indicates the recording information provided on the Plat is inaccurate. Please check all easement recording information, revise recordation data on all sheets where inaccurate, and indicate any proposed abandonment's - fully labeled and dimensioned.
5. Indicate (depict and label) whether the easement described as a water pipe, sewer pipe or main and incidental purposes recorded in Docket 11387, Page 1316 continues on Sheets 12 and 13.
