The Drainage Report was reviewed for Tentative Plat purposes only. Per DS Sec.2-03.2.4.M & Tucson Code IBC Chap.36 Sec.14.2&3: Considerations for basin construction and lot adjacent to the basin (per Pattison-Evanoff geotechnical letter dated June 28, 2004) should be added as general grading note to the Grading Plan at grading review stage.
