SUBJECT: La Cholla Landing Final Plat Mylar and Assurances Engineering review
LOCATION: 3355 N Casa Grande Hwy, T13S R13E Sec27, Ward 1
REVIEWER: Elizabeth Eberbach, P.E.
ACTIVITY: S03-038

SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the Final Plat mylar, copies of the revised assurances, and revised CC&R's. The conditions of Final Plat approval have been met. At this time, there are two easements that are not accounted for on the final plat and the consultant is verifying status. The mylar sheets can be signed once these two easements are shown on the plat in a manner that does not affect the development, or, the title report is updated to reflect if they were abandoned. Engineering recommends CDRC scheduling of a Mayor and Council date once the mylar is signed. A Grading Permit from Development Services Department with a Floodplain Use Permit will be necessary to complete fill requirements to obtain LOMR prior to release of any lots from the assurance. If you have any questions, you may call me at 791-5550 extension 2204.
