The Record of Survey is recommended for conditional approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain subject to revising the following items on the Mylar: 1. Remove one of the "Hold Harmless" statements. 2. The two different symbols in the KEY for the "Rebar" are described similarly. Revise the description in the KEY. 3. Provide the name of the subdivision "San Francisco Subdivision Exception" in the Title Block. David Rivera's comments concerning the Title Block revision was intended to add a brief legal description of the project in the Title Block. It was not intended to replace the subdivision name. If you have any questions, I can be reached at 791-5550, Ext. 1195 or lalsham1@ci.tucson.az.us |

| 10/11/2004 | TIM ROWE | PIMA COUNTY | WASTEWATER | Approv-Cond | October 8, 2004 TO: Rob Paulus, R.A., Rob Paulus Architecture, Ltd. THRU: FROM: ____________________________________ representing the Pima County Departments of Wastewater Management and Environmental Quality SUBJECT: Re-Subdivision of Venice Addition, Lots A-D - Submittal S03-034 The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Sheet 1: General Notes 6, 7, 8 & 10 where initially necessary, but they may be removed from the Record of Survey now. General Note 12 (regarding a Joint Use and Maintenance Agreement for the shared public sewer lines) must be retained. Sheet 2: The dimension, 659.21', has been shown just to the left of the label for proposed sewer G-2004-028 (in the San Francisco Blvd. right of way). To what feature does this dimension apply? (Its not the length of the sewer line.) Clarify as necessary. All four of these lots will qualify for the Participating sewer connection fee rate pursuant to Pima County Code 13.20.045.A.3, if and only if, the owner of this property builds the off-site sewer line (G-2004-028). Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the subdivision exception. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. If you wish to discuss the above comments, please contact me at the phone number provided above, under my signature. Copy: Project |
