We conditionally recommend approval of the Final Plat at this time. A complete, corrected assurances package must be submitted with the Mylars. The complete assurances package must include a copy of the original trust, the original amendment to trust with exhibit A, the original agreement to construct with exhibit B, a copy of the warranty deed, a current title report and a location map on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet. Revise the Amendment to Trust and the Agreement to Construct to match the Final Plat title block. Spell out the word "Natural."
