SUBJECT: Centennial Terraces
Tentative Plan S03-032 (Third Review)
T14S, R15E, Section 15

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Tentative Plat and Drainage Report.

The Tentative Plat has been reviewed by the Engineering Division and we recommend approval.
Tentative Plat:

1. Per the Stormwater Detention/Retention Manual, the retention basins should be designed as amenities for the development. With 4:1 slopes no safety barrier is required. Revise the plan to show how the basins serve as amenities for the subdivision. (DS 10-01.IV)
2. Extend the curb and sidewalk to the intersection of the new street and Broadway. Provide access ramps.(DS 3-03.3.3.A)

A Floodplain Use Permit and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan will be required when the Grading Permit is issued.
If you have any questions, I can be reached at 791-5550 x1161 or lmakus1@ci.tucson.az.us.
