The subject project has been reviewed. The Final Plat is recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain subject to the following:

ยท Revise, on the Final Plat Mylar, the subject project title from "Sycamore Park, Blocks 1 to 4" to "Sycamore Park, Blocks 1 through 4" to match the title in the Assurances.

CC & R's:

The CC & R's are acceptable pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain.

Assurances:

The assurances are missing several documents. Include the following documents with the Final Plat Mylar and Original Assurances:

1. Exhibit "A" for the original agreement and the amendment.
2. A recent Title Report.
3. A copy of the Trust Agreement (the Trust Agreement document is required in the Assurances package, but it will not be recorded with the Assurances).
