The subject Final Plat has been reviewed. The following comments are offered:

Final Plat:

1. The project name on the Final Plat does not match the name on the Tentative Plat
2. Revise General Note #5 to state that a Floodplain Use Permit is required for the proposed fill in the 100year floodplain. Once the fill is completely installed, the parcel will be out of the 100-year floodplain and a LOMR will be perused to remove the Parcel from the Rillito River FEMA 100-year floodplain.

Assurances:

1. Add the project Case Number.
2. The Title Company name on the Assurances does not match the name shown on the Final Plat.
3. The Trust Number on the Assurances does not match the number on the Final Plat.
4. The Subdivision name on the Assurances should match exactly the name shown in the Final Plat Title Block.
5. The Common Area should be described on the Assurances exactly as it is described in the Final Plat Title Block.
6. The Subdivider Name on the Assurances does not match the name shown on the Final Plat.
7. Exhibit "A", the Trust Agreement and the Title Report are missing.

Please provide the executed final plat for signature, and a memo stating that the members of the CDRC have approved the final plat. When these items are received, along with forty-four half-sized copies of the plat, the final plat will be scheduled for consideration at the next available Mayor and Council meeting.
