The subject Final Plat has been reviewed. The following comments are offered:

1. The shown gross area is different from the area shown on the approved Tentative Plat. Revise as necessary.
2. Clarify why General Note #5 is needed.
3. Add in the "Certification of Survey" under whose direction the plat was prepared (D.S. 2-03.6.3.A).
4. If the 5' Public Access Trail and Maintenance Easement, west of Building #1, is to be dedicated by the Final Plat, it should be labeled as such and the DKT ____ and Page ____ lines should be removed.
5. There is a significant discrepancy between the property line measured length and record length between points 1 and 2. Revise.
6. Show no-vehicular access easements where applicable (D.S.2-03.6.4.H).
7. In order to expedite the plat review and approval, provide the boundary survey and closure calculations report in accordance with D.S. 2-03.6.5.C.3.
8. Submit the Assurance documents for review.

The "Rillito Crossing Office Condominium Declaration" is acceptable pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain.

The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use:


Under separate cover, a private Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed number of fixture units has been sent to your office.

After three original Sewer Service Agreements have been signed by the Owner of Record, the three originals should be returned to Pima County Wastewater Management in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve the city project.

No resubmittal is required. An approval letter for this project will be prepared when the three signed and notarized originals of the Sewer Service Agreement are received.
