The following comments are offered: 1. The shown gross area is different from the area shown on the approved Tentative Plat. Revise as necessary. 2. Clarify why General Note #5 is needed. 3. Add in the "Certification of Survey" under whose direction the plat was prepared (D.S. 2-03.6.3.A). 4. If the 5' Public Access Trail and Maintenance Easement, west of Building #1, is to be dedicated by the Final Plat, it should be labeled as such and the DKT ____ and Page ____ lines should be removed. 5. There is a significant discrepancy between the property line measured length and record length between points 1 and 2. Revise. 6. Show no-vehicular access easements where applicable (D.S.2-03.6.4.H). 7. In order to expedite the plat review and approval, provide the boundary survey and closure calculations report in accordance with D.S. 2-03.6.5.C.3. 8. Submit the Assurance documents for review. The "Rillito Crossing Office Condominium Declaration" is acceptable pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain.
