COMMENTS 1. Provide copies of the LDO approval documents for LDO-03-201. These are the copies that were stamped and signed by Frank Podgorski. One set of these LDO approval sheets must be placed in City records. The other set is to be kept by the applicant. In attendance were Any Dinauer, from the Department of Transportation, Jim Vogelsberg and Craig Gross, from the Department of Development Services and Manuel Padilla from the Comprehensive Planning Task Force Department. Specifically, staff held a meeting to review submittal for compliance with rezoning case C09-01-30, conditions # 4 & 5. These conditions deal with right-of-way requirements and improvements to Alvernon Way along the alignment of this development. It was determined at the meeting held March 3, 2004, by staff from the Department of Development Services Department and the Department of Transportation that this submittal is in compliance with rezoning conditions # 4 & 5. |
