SHEET 2. The Pima County Wastewater Management Department has recently begun asking for specific public sewer easements where public sewer lines cross common areas that may be landscaped with trees and other vegetation that may cause root intrusion problems. Show a 25-foot public sewer easement by final plat where the public sewer line will cross Common Area A-1, between lots 1 and 71. 3. Under separate cover, a public Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed number of residential lots has been sent to your office. After three original Sewer Service Agreements have been signed by the Owner of Record, the three originals should be returned to Pima County Wastewater Management in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve the Mylars of the final plat. 4. We will require a revised set of bluelines, and a response letter, addressing these comments. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents. County Ordinance 2003-29 went into effect on April 11, 2003. This ordinance requires that a wastewater review fee be paid for each submittal of the final plat. The fee for the first submittal is $166 plus $50 per sheet. For the second submittal, the review fee is $50 per sheet. For all subsequent submittals, the review fee is $39 per sheet. The next submittal of this project will be the second (2nd) submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $50.00 (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER ) must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter. This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use: A revised set of bluelines showing the necessary corrections and three signed and notarized Sewer Service Agreements for this project have been received by this office. The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat. As previously verbally agreed, Item 4 of our April 28, 2004 review letter (regarding wastewater review fees) is hereby retracted. No additional wastewater review fees must be paid for this final plat.
