3. Sheet 1: The word PRIVATE needs to be shown only once in General Note 7. Delete the extra PRIVATE that was handwritten into this note.

4. Sheet 2: Change SEWERS to PRIVATE SEWERS in the labels for the private sewer easements:
a. between Lot 6 and Lot 7.
b. between Lot 2 and Lot 3.
