Should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, however, the approval is void, and we request copies of those changes to insure that those changes do not affect zoning requirements. Please provide the executed final plat for signature, and a memo stating that the members of the CDRC have approved the final plat. When these items are received, along with forty-four half-sized copies of the plat, the final plat will be scheduled for consideration at the next available Mayor and Council meeting.
