SUMMARY: The Final Plat and Third Amendment paperwork were received by Engineering on November 14, 2002. After a review meeting with Charlie Suckow, Engineering recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat.

FINAL PLAT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No.2-03.8.1.A: Submit the original, direct-reading, double matte photomylar of the amended final plat as approved, with all appropriate original signatures and seals affixed.
2) DS Sec.2-03.8.1.B: Submit original documents that require recordation in conjunction with the plat including the revised Exhibit "A". The amended Final Plat shall match title report "Exhibit A" data. The mylar of the final plat and accompanying documents shall be submitted prior to the Mayor and Council meeting.
