COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a tentative plat. If, at the end of that time, the tentative plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat is April 18, 2007.

2. Please submit a copy of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat / development plan for this project for reference and review of previously approved conditions and proposed revisions.

Zoning is willing to review the plan over the counter with an appointment, as it appears that the revisions are minor and "may" be reviewed and approved over the counter assuming the revisions do not affect any zoning development criteria or development standards. Please call me for more information on how this can be handled for Zoning review only.
