The mylars and assurance items were reviewed by Engineering. Engineering does not recommend approval of the Final Plat or assurances until the following has been addressed. FINAL PLAT COMMENTS: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards Section No.2-03.7.1.G: The final plat cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the financial assurances are approved. Address the following: a) All sections of the assurance documentation, must match word-for-word for the descriptions of the common areas listed on the Final Plat pages. Review all documents and check to see that the verbiage for the subdivision description matches the Final Plat. For example, the letter and use for each common area description shall match the Final Plat descriptions and letters. In this latest resubmittal, the description words for the Common Area "B" (Open Space / Recreation) does not match the mylar's description of Common Area "B" (Landscape / Recreation). This must be correct in order to prevent any hold up for the assurance review in the City of Tucson's legal offices. The mylars and assurance items were reviewed by Engineering. The Engineering does not recommend approval of the Final Plat or assurances until the following has been addressed. PLAT COMMENTS: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards Section No.2-03.8.1.D: The final plat cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the financial assurances are approved. The original assurance package paperwork appears current and complete, except for the Title Report portion, which is dated from November 2003. Provide an updated title report (current within 30 days). 2) DS Sec.2-03.7.1.G: Provide a copy of the certification letter from the Arizona Department of Water Resources regarding the designation of assured water supply through Ray Water service area. This certification letter was requested from Landmark Engineering. 3) DS Sec.2-03.2.2.G.2: Revise the Final Plat to state that: "This subdivision is not within the planned water service area of the Tucson Water Department but is within the service area of Ray Water which is designated by the Arizona Department of Water Resources as having an assured water supply."
