Engineering has reviewed the received items and recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat. FINAL PLAT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1) For mylar submittal, address the following revisions: a) Provide more space for County Recorder Seals. Please call for clarification of spacing area as there appears to be confusion of the space needed. b) On sheet 3, add crow's feet for clarification for extent of line with distance 341.52' on Olympia Stravenue. c) Clarify dark thick dashed line on location map. Clarify extents of the project limits on sheet 1 and provide revised copies of location maps. d) There appears to be a "floating" number "1843.00 (C)" near the south boundary corner on sheet 3.
