We have reviewed the above-referenced project on behalf of the Pima County Wastewater Management Department. The following comments are offered for your use:

1. Add the subdivision plat case number, S02-038, to the title block of each sheet. This number should be shown larger or bolder than the cross reference numbers.

2. The Sewer Service Agreement prepared for the previous plat, West University Court Lost 1-7, Blocks A and B and Common Areas A and B under subdivision plat case number S01-025 will apply to this project. A new Sewer Service Agreement will not be required.

3. Subject to the above, the final plat is hereby approved. The required corrections may be made on the Mylars.
