The fifth submittal of the Roger Plaza revised Tentative Plat / Development Plan, revised Drainage Report, and revised Landscape Plan were received by Engineering on July 14, 2003. Engineering has reviewed the received items and recommends approval of the Tentative Plat / Development Plan. The Drainage Report and Grading Plan were reviewed for Tentative Plat/ Development Plan purposes only. TENTATIVE PLAT COMMENTS: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No.2-03.6.6: Please recognize that an original copy of the CC&R's will be required at Final Plat review stage. The maintenance notes must be included on the Final Plat or in the CC&Rs per Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management section 14.3.2. 2) IBC Chapter 36, Section 9: A grading plan submittal will be required. Basin maintenance access will need to be shown on grading plan, per DS Sec.10-02.14.3.4. 3) DS Sec.2-03.7.1.G: Include the Assurance Package with the Final Plat submittal.
