The Tentative Plat must be approved prior to Final Plat approval. Changes made to the Tentative Plat must be reflected on the Final Plat. 2. Please include the Assurance Package with the next Final Plat submittal. The Final Plat will not be approved until the Assurances have been approved. 3. Include the subdivison case number (S02-031) on the Final Plat. 4. Please include a copy of the property boundary closure calculations with the next Final Plat submittal. 5. The CC&Rs section 4.6 heading should read "responsibility of drainage easements and common areas". In Sections 4.6.1-4.6.4 the term "owner" should be replaced with "Association".
