The activity number is S02-028. SUMMARY: The Final Plat and Assurances were received by Engineering on January 28, 2003. Engineering has reviewed the received items and does not recommend approval of the Final Plat or the Assurances. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: FP, ASSURANCES The next submittal should address the following items: FINAL PLAT 1. APPROVAL heading: Include a signature line and date line. Under the signature line place, "CLERK, CITY OF TUCSON". Under date line place, "DATE". 2. DEDICATION heading: The owner of the property is Title Security Agency of Arizona. The last sentence in the DEDICATION must read, "TITLE SECURITY AGENCY OF ARIZONA, AN ARIZONA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT NO. 988, AND NOT OTHERWISE". Take off the name "Davis Dobias" from the signature line. This line must be signed by a representative of the Title Company. 3. Include a BENEFICIARY heading. List the name and address of the beneficiary of the trust. 4. Eliminate the ACKNOWLEDGMENT heading for Kathleen Detrick. 5. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT heading for Davis Dobias must be changed to, "THE FOREGOING INSTRUMENT WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BEFORE ME, THE UNDERSIGNED BY _______________ FOR TITLE SECURITY AGENCY OF ARIZONA, AN ARIZONA CORPORATION, WHO PERSONALLY APPEARED BEFORE ME ON THIS THE ______ DAY OF ________, 2003. Include the signature line for the notary. ASSURANCES 1. Provide the following: 1. Original Third Party Trust 2. Original Amendment to Trust 3. Copy of Trust No. 788 4. Copy of the Deed 5. Title Report 2. Make the following corrections to the Assurances. 1. The old form was used. The new form that specifies that the agreement is in compliance with City Development Standard No. 1-04.0 must be used. 2. On Exhibit B insert the subdivision name and case no. (S02-028).
