Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed the 2nd submittal of the
tentative plat dated February 19, 2004. This Company is unable to approve
the plat at this time.

There are existing electrical facilities within the boundaries of the
development. The existing facilities within Phase I along with the
facilities at the southwest corner of the project and the easement recording
information must be shown on the plat prior to approval.

TEP will provide an electrical design on the Approved Tentative Plat within
twenty-two (22) working days after receipt of the plat. Additional plans
necessary for design completion are: building plans including water,
electrical load and landscape. at the customer's request, a design can be
provided prior to the Approved Tentative Plat, however, once a design is
provided, any design changes will be billable to the developer.
