The water budget table states that there is 4000 and 4837 plant canopy in each infiltration area, this seems overstated, but cannot be confirmed without providing the canopy area of each plant. Please check the water budget calculations, as that might result in an increase to 23% of non-potable water use. Additional comments on plans; 1. There is no water being directed towards the street landscape border, which has the most planting, and the biggest opportunity to reduce potable water use. 2. The catchment areas must provide water to the infiltration areas. Revise the grading to direct runoff to the landscape infiltration areas to the maximum extent possible, including spot elevations and flow arrows to indicate the drainage direction. 3. Show rooftop drainage patterns and show how they are incorporated into the water harvesting calculations.
