2. TSMR request for 7.01.4.1.A. is denied. A TSMR is intended to modify technical standards, not delete the requirement in its entirety. All expansions and additions are subject to code standards applicable at the time. Removal of the ped connection requirement does not meet TSMR Finding found in TSM 1-01.6.6.D. "The modification is in conformity with the intent and purpose of the Technical Standard and such modification addresses health, life, and safety considerations". Pedestrian connections are intended to address safety issues.
3. Resubmittal is required.
