Demonstrate how the removal of the required sidewalk connection to Country Club Rd. meets the findings of TSM 1-01.6.6.
It appears a sidewalk/crosswalk could be constructed to the southern edge of the proposed building area and still provide for safety of pedestrians and vehicle stacking.

Engineering Review Comments (per Loren Makus):
Since the buildings are near both adjacent streets, omitting the pedestrian connection is not justified. The pedestrian crossing to Country Club Road should be moved as far south as possible to minimize interference with the drive-thru stacking.
