1. The '14 x '40 clear approach partially conflicts with the enclosure as indicated within this site plan.

2. The Reciprocal Easement Agreement appears to satisfy service access to the enclosure area. However, this agreement doesn't clarify conditions for service vehicle to maneuver away from this area in order to exit without traveling through adjacent property.

3. Roll-out/in service is acceptable if above comments can be satisfied.clarified.

I'm unfamiliar with navigating through this program but I assume the enclosure itself was approved per storage requirements within TSM section 8.
