Grant Road in Tucson. The TSMR is for the property owner / occupant to roll the refuse and recycling containers out of the enclosure for servicing by the collection vehicles. The collection vehicles will approach the easterly waste enclosure for collection of all four of the waste containers. Representatives of a.23 Studios have stated that property restrictions and easements in-place allow for the refuse collection vehicles to access the two enclosures from the property to the immediate north of the 4625 E Grant Road property. Based on this review, the Environmental & General Services Department approves the TSMR for the Dutch Bros. property at 4625 E Grant Road.
